• Alakh Nayan Mandir is a registered Charitable Trust Organisation working for the cause and care of the blinds. It is registered with Rajasthan Society Act and Asst. Commissioner Devasthan (Trust), Udaipur (Raj.)

• Donations given to Alakh Nayan Mandir are exempted under Section  80G of Income Tax Act 1961.

• It is recognized under Foreign Contribution Regulation Act - FCRA vide act 1976 (FCRA vide no. : 125690062).
